I just couldn't get into this. I don't think reading the others in the series would've helped either. This was very short and disappointing. It really needed more story to it.Maybe its just me but I have a hard time getting into the whole "I've met you once or twice and I love you" thing. There has got to be more than great sex = love. And since that's basically what this was, a lot of the details were pointless (unless they bear significance in a subsequent book).Juliet is basically a defect at a BDSM club because she is so delicate and young looking. In walks cowboy Roman who knows almost nothing about BDSM but pretends to be a dom. They spend the night playing and they go their separate ways until the meddling club owner sends Juliet to Roman on his ranch. They spend another evening together and decide they "love" each other. The End. B.O.R.I.N.G.
